How to make a return

1. Log in to your Island Coco account using the email address you placed your order with.
2. Select the order containing the items you wish to return.
3. Please indicate the specific items you wish to return and briefly explain the reason for the return.
4. Within 24 hours, our team will review your return request and send you an email notification with the outcome.
5. The cost of the return is €7 which will be deducted from the refund.

Return accepted

If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with a link to start the return process. Follow the instructions to generate a barcode.

Return shipping options

• Home collection: Choose this option if you prefer the courier to collect the package directly from your home.
• GLS Locker: Opt for this option if you wish to deposit the package in one of our partnered GLS lockers.

Return not accepted

If your return is not accepted, you will receive an email notification with a brief explanation. In this case, contact us for further assistance.
